Partner program terms
Usage-based accruals, two levels, the hold period, void and clawback rights.
1. Eligibility
The program is free and open to every registered Kumo user. Participation requires no purchase, fee, or commitment of any kind. Your partner link is created automatically at registration.
2. Accruals — from usage only
Rewards are 7% of your invitees' actual paid API usage (level 1) and 3% of their invitees' usage (level 2), accruing for 12 months from each invitee's registration date. Rewards are never granted for sign-ups or balance top-ups as such — only for actually consumed requests. Limits apply: a monthly cap per invitee and the exclusion of minimal-margin routes.
3. Exactly two levels
Program depth is hard-capped at two levels and will not be extended. Kumo pays nothing for recruitment as such: every accrual is sourced from end users' consumption of the service.
4. Credits and the hold period
Accruals are made in internal Kumo credits and unlock after a 45-day review ("hold") period. Credits pay for any model on the platform. Credits are not money; a cash-out exchange will arrive later under its own terms.
5. Self-referral and abuse ban
Prohibited: referring your own additional accounts in any form, circular referral rings, mass account registration, and payment-refund abuse. Kumo may void accruals obtained in breach of the rules (including already-credited ones, via a compensating entry), pause accruals pending review, and remove a participant from the program.
6. Program changes
Kumo may change program rates, limits, thresholds, and terms, or suspend the program. Changes take effect on publication and apply to future accruals; already-made accruals are never revised retroactively.
